Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist superior to establish /optimize an effective and smooth repair job operation flow and documentation system
- Work closely with Service Teams to ensure smooth Operation Flow
- Verify, Check and Analyze Service Data
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by superior
- High Diploma Level in any Discipline or above
- 3 years or above relevant working experience & preferably in Home Appliance Industry
- Must be good in excel application and should have ability to consolidate and analyze service data
- Strong sense of responsibility and committed to deliver quality results
- Good communication skills and inter-personal skills
- Immediately available is preferred
- Candidate with Less experience will be considered as Service Administration Supervisor
