Job Description
Our client is a leading Technology logistic platform in Asia. Headquarter is in Hong Kong with officies in Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. With the rapid expansion of their business, they are now looking for Operation Manager and Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team. Candidates with less experiences will also be considered.

- Handle daily operations, communicate and solve any escalations with merchants and delivery agents
- Develop, optimize, and automate logistics processes to increase operational efficiency on both demand (merchant) and supply (delivery agents) sides
- Utilize data from systems to better understand delivery performance, merchant demand trends, and develop automated processes to improve funnel volumes, conversion and engagement
- Collaborate with the internal teams and key clients to drive last mile delivery partnership forward, and manage daily merchant operations to ensure smooth and successful deliveries
- Site visits to operation ground 50% of the time. Ensure proper operations guidelines are implemented and resolve any operational frictions
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in tech startups, operations, account management, consulting, or finance
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Proven experience in project management, driving projects from zero to one to deliver results
- Demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and projects.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work with internal and external parties
- Top-notch problem solving and hustle skills, plus ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making mentality
- Strong with numbers, budgeting and data analysis for decision making, knowledge in Excel, Google sheet is a must; knowledge in SQL is a strong plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
