The Client Services Team is looking for a Associate/Senior Associate responsible for responding to Request for Proposal (RFP) and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) from company clients.

Responsibilities

• To complete and proof read the Request for Proposal(RFP) and Due Diligence Questionnaire(DDQ) requests for clients in an accurate and compelling manner 
• Work closely with Sales, Client Services and Product teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, United Kingdom and United States to ascertain the responses required for the RFP and DDQ
• Create and maintain database to ensure consistency of language and style in all responses
• Support other teammates for various business channels and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in buy-side FI
• Energetic, well-organised, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, willing to deal with people from different departments,
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• A self- starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments with excellent project / stakeholder management skills
• Ability to create new written material
• Excellent in English and Chinese word processing, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Associate
