Responsibilities:

• Assist to formulate sales strategies, develop and execute business plans for wholesale clients in region markets 
• Responsible for expansion of market share, sales turnover and profitability by exploring new sales channels and creating demands for existing key accounts
• Carry out sales reviews and trade terms negotiation with key accounts, follow up closely on client's order placement, payment & delivery
• Act as a key company and brand representative, maintain close relationships with wholesale clients and offer support in product offerings, and promotion activities, training & visual guidance etc. 
• Work closely with internal stakeholder such as Brand & Marketing, Training, Merchandising & Logistic team to leverage brand strategies, maintain appropriated inventory level to support key account businesses
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• University Graduate in Marketing or Retail Sales Management
• 5 years+ relevant working experience, background in Beauty/Skincare, retail industry preferred
• Passionate about well-being, skincare, hair care, enjoy being a lifestyle advocate
• A team player with good people skills, detail-oriented and able to handle challenges independently
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, result-oriented, keen on taking new challenges to develop sales and serving client needs
• Experience in Key Accounts Management, Channel Sales, Business Development will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, good command of spoken and written skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
