Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative and customer service support
• Responsible for trading sales account receivable, issue invoices, scanning and filing etc
• Perform word-processing duties and data input duties
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.                                           

Requirements:

• Diploma education level with minimum 4 year of relevant experience
• Well –versed in use of Google system and Microsoft Office
• Number sensitive, detail oriented and good communication skills
• Quick learner, high level of initiative and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and good time management
• High-level proficiency of written and spoken Chinese and English
