Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of leasing support including tenancy administration works, offer / lease documents preparation, enquiries, conduct inspections, and other related matters
• Prepare and update leasing report and conduct market research / intelligence and analysis data for market trends
• Maintain tenants’ database system and other related systems
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Real Estate or other related disciplines
• 2 – 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained from property developers or real estate agencies
• Experience in office leasing in PRC is a definite advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proactive, positive work attitude and willing to work under pressure
• Good business sense with logical and analytical mind
• Holder of valid Estate Agency License is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer or Leasing Assistant
