Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the business plan and strategies to expend the institutional client base.
• Develop new business with institutional and high net worth investors, including but not limited to funds, insurance, and security brokerage etc. in wealth management industry.
• Pitch new clients, identify clients’ need, and provide professional service and build tailored client solutions with full range of products or solutions.
• Keep abreast of market trend, investment products and services, develop industry network and attend industry events.
• Build client networking and relationships via sales and marketing activities including fund briefings, client seminars and business events.
• Capture cross selling opportunities within the Group, leverage and maximise collaboration opportunities.
• Collaborate with external counterparties and internal functions to completion of sales target.
• Ensure all selling processes and activities are in compliance with the Company policies and all regulatory guidelines.
• Other ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder with major in Economics, Finance, BusinessAdministration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years or above of wealth management business experience with strong client base.
• Resourceful in networking with proven track record of business development.
• A solid track record in selling financial products.
• Good command of written and spoken English& Chinese (Mandarin is a Must).
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Independent, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills and analytical ability.
