Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct product Quality Control and research
• Assist to prepare documents, including SOPs, specifications, protocols and test reports related to QC and R&D
• Process, organize, summarize and present project data in a fluent manner utilizing a variety of scientific, word processing, spreadsheet and/or statistical programs
• Perform literature review and design experiments on various R&D projects
• Perform equipment qualification, maintenance and calibration
• Maintain hygiene and tidiness of laboratory, inventory control
• Perform routine preparation of various reagents, solutions, culture media for use in research/production/quality control purposes
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as instructed by the supervisors or management team

Skills / Qualifications:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills including a knowledge of statistical applications and techniques
• Sound organizational and data management skills, and ability to handle several responsibilities and prioritizing tasks
• Ability to work without direct supervision, paying close attention to detail and bearing independent responsibility for experimental procedure and data accuracy
• Passionate on scientific intervention and product development

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in biotechnology, biochemistry, life sciences and other related disciplines
• Minimum two-years relevant work experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in basic molecular laboratory skills 
• Familiar with microbiological testing would be a plus
• Familiar with GMP and clinical trial procedure would be a plus
• Proficiency in computer skill including MS Word and Excel
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Fresh Graduates and less experienced candidate will be considered as entry position
