• Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line.
• Conducts competitive product analysis and market research of product consumer behavior and professional audience.
• Develops production and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, working closely with product development for a specific product, brand, or product area over its entire life cycle.
• Conduct customer workshops, product presentation and scientific talks for facilitating market education and customer’s recognition on the product and technology concept.
• Demonstrate product expertise support, communicate and provide consultancy/ scientific advisory to customers
  
• Provide regular product/market update and training for internal team and channel partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing or Business-related field.
• Solid experience, knowledge and skills in product life cycle management, project management and market development
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing experience in Medical device/ life science/ pharma or IVD field
• Proven ability to prepare, implement and monitor business/marketing plans
• Good work knowledge and/ or sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as well.
