Assistant Lab. Operation Manager 

Job Responsibilities:-

• Ensure smooth operation of a COVID-19 testing lab and optimize testing operations, quality and structure;
• Ensure technical alignment, harmonized work procedures and quality management programs for our testing laboratory.
• Oversee and centralize Procurement & Logistics, Inventory and Warehouse Management;
• Act as contact for clients / government department to coordinate COVID-19 PCR service sites with contractors and provide operational support;
• Evaluate and maintain service sites testing and service quality;
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 Job Specifications:- 

• High Diploma/ Bachelor in Sciences/ Operation Management or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, testing laboratory sector, logistics management, and warehouse management is highly preferable;
• Start-up experience is a plus;
• Independent, self-motivated, flexible with strong problem-solving skills;
• Detail-oriented and strive for efficiency;
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Proficient PC skills including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferable.
