Job description
The incumbents will participate in the development of iPSC and other advanced cell-based therapeutic products as well as research services, duties include:
1. Isolation and handling of primary cells and cell cultures.
2. Generation of iPSCs and differentiation of iPSCs to specific cell lineages.
3. Characterization of cell products at genetic, biochemical and functional levels.
4. Maintenance of cell repository.
5. Management of inventory, data logging and analysis, preparation of standard operation procedures (SOPs).
6. Formulation of experiments to achieve R&D objectives and supervision of fellow staff members.
7. Undertaking any other duties as assigned.

Requirement
1. Holder of doctoral degree or master degree with affluent experience in relevant disciplines.
2. Self-motivated individuals with strong organization, analytical and communication skills, who are also able to work as a team as well as independently.
3. Comprehensive experience in mammalian cell culture, molecular biology, cell biology and biochemistry.
4. Experience in stem cell biology (iPSC, ESC, HSC or cancer stem cell) or immunology is preferred.
5. Experience in flow cytometry, genome editing, high content analysis and research animal (mice or rats) handling is an advantage.
6. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
