Responsibilities:

• To coordinate a team of consultants to complete green building and indoor air quality certification projects;
• Prepare professional consultancy reports, proposal, or presentation;
• Project management and client and project team liaison;
• Undertake Business development activities such as marketing activities and proposal preparation;
• Carry out site survey, inspections and measurements to obtain information for meeting specific project requirements;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Environmental Engineering/ Science/ Management or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of experience in green building projects;
• Knowledge of relevant government regulations and requirements;
• Experience in the use of relevant modelling for green building design (e.g. CFD modelling, MCS simulation, IES–VE, DIALux, Phoenics, LCA, etc.) is an advantage;
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication (Chinese and English);
• Candidates with member qualifications e.g. HKIQEP, HKIE, BEAM Pro, LEED AP and/or WELL AP, REA member is preferred;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated and be able to work independently;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Environmental Consultant.
