Accountabilities ：
• To perform field instrument installation, checking and application support
• To provide brief operation training to customer during installation
• To promote service product like PM, service contract
• To provide technical support to sale team and customer
Range of Responsibilities:
• Installation and basic checking of centrifuges, concentrator, ThermoMixer, -80oC freezer, incubator, shaker and thermocycler
• Execute customer database maintenance and manipulation
• Promote service products like PM, service contract & IOQ

Education and Language Skills Required
- Degree of Biological/ BioChemical/ BioMedical Science with basic electrical/ electronic knowledge,
- Familiar with cell technology will be an advantage
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Good computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

Experience & Special Skills Required
- One year relevant working experience is preferred
- Self-motivated, strong analytical thinking and responsive
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skill
