Responsibilities:
Handle daily warehousing work: handling goods, ordering, receiving, putting on shelves, labeling, packaging and sealing, and stock take.
• Handle shipping documents,
• Tradelink declaration,
• Prepare customer packing list, label making.
• To liaise with internal CS staff for shipping arrangement
• Coordinate with forwarders / couriers for shipment arrangement
• Ad hoc project or admin work as assigned
Requirement:
• Form 3 or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience in electronics component trading company.
Proficient in PC operations (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, English & Chinese word processing etc.)
• Proficient in Tradelink and Bar Tender Designer operation knowledge is highly preferred.
• Detail oriented, high sense of responsibility, obedience, stable and willing to learn; able to work independently.
• Work in warehouse.
• Immediately available.
