Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Hotel Management or equivalent
• 4-6 years guest relations experience with hospitality background
• Previous experience in serving privilege guests will also be considered
• Self-initiative, energetic, customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Familiar with computer skills in using MS Office application
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop comprehensive and quality services to guests and VIPs
• Interact and serve guests in a gracious manner in order to build good relations
• Communicate with internal and external parties to resolve issues and escalations
• Identify solutions to ensure services are delivered in accordance with company policies
• Maintain the database of premium guests and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
