Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and evaluate demand forecast from sale & marketing team
• Review inventory level and develop supply plan with reasonable inventory coverage
• Liaise and coordinate with in-house production site and external suppliers (via procurement) to ensure product and materials availability
• Identify slow moving and short expiry inventory and drive clearance activities with sale & marketing team
• Forecasts accuracy analysis and reporting
• Monitor and communicate after-launch results to improve short and long term forecasts accuracy
• Develop various operational reporting which show performance/ KPI in inventory and drive improvement in forecast accuracy
• Develop high-level view of supply chain processes in order to implement improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or relevant field
• 4 years or above in supply chain planning 
• Excellent Microsoft excel and analytic skills
• Experience with production planning, procurement, MRP, and ERP systems
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communications
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Planner
