Job Description
Job duties:
- Able to handle full set of I/E shipping & L/C banking documents
- Able to handle the import/export declaration by Tradelink
- Work of the preparation, submission, recording, and filing of import/export shipping documents
- Liaise with internal and external parties on daily logistics inbound and outbound for shipment allocation to ensure on-time shipment delivery
- Assist in the preparation of ocean freight contract tendering
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation Management or related business field
- At least 10 years related experience in trading company or buying office
- Good Command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Familiar with the EU market
- Proficiency in PC knowledge (e.g. MS Word & Excel)
- Familiar with ERP system, experience in Microsoft Navsion will be advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Hardworking, self-motivated and strong leadership with analytical skills
- Able to work independently & under pressure
- Less Experience candidate will be considered as Import & Export Officer
