Job Responsibilities

• Be the AGENT to make change happen and make GREEN common!
• Support day-to-day logistics operation;
• Coordinate with suppliers and distributors on the PO management and any other operational issues and queries;
• Responsible for shipment scheduling and planning, data entry to internal shipment management docs accurately and timely;
• Work closely with Freight Forwarder and colleagues of the countries’ branches, provide quotations and cost comparison;
• Knowledge handling full set of shipment related document (including import and export) is a must;
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• Passionate in promoting green lifestyle (knowledge in vegetarian / vegan product is a plus)
• Higher Diploma or above;
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in food / logistics forwarding industry is an advantage;
• Good Command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Positive thinking, proactive, hardworking, work under pressure and good team player;
• Good interpersonal communication skills and familiar with MS Office application.
• Immediately available is preferred
