Job Responsibility:

• Analyze sales demand forecast and justification with production and inventory position of customers across the APEC region.
• Frequent communication with sales and marketing for an up-to-date realistic demand situation to fulfill the external requirements and justification with realistic supply assumptions.
• Manage a small team for Supply Chain planning, inventory control and warehouse operation.
• Review, plan and build the local and overseas warehouses and operation plan to cope with service requirements and commitments.
• Contract and cost management of all external warehouses and logistics service providers.
• Effectively communicating with global plants of forecast changes and justification for maximum supply support.
• Analysis on the inventory flow, sales trend, market situation, production capacity/constraints to work out a healthy inventory replenishment and meaningful forecast data.
• Proactively review and manage on aging inventory, negotiate with internal parties for all possible support to minimize storage.
• Frequent follow up with order fulfillment team to review and prioritize the supply based on actual demand and shipment situation.
• Responsible for inventory, production, and logistics cost budget.
• Strategical analysis and implementation of supply chain solutions to cope with company objectives.
• Perform ad-hoc responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in supply chain management / planning / operations / logistics.
• Past working experience in manufacturing or aviation field is preferred.
• Proven team leading skill experiences
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge in handling demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehouse operation, logistics and distribution.
• Independent with ability to solve problems creatively and minimal supervision.
• Strong communication in both English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (verbal and written)
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Analytical thinker, details oriented and people management skillsets.
• Strong MS excel knowledge.
