The Job: 

• Leading a well established warehouse operation team to meet business needs
• Manage the provision of a wide scale of warehouse service which includes stock receipt, storage, order picking, delivery, goods return and stock take
• Take proactive approach to organize jobs and deploy proper resources to finish the tasks in a well planned and efficient way
• Well prepared for extraordinary workload happened sporadically
• Maintain close contact and good relationship with user departments and transportation vendors
• Monitor storage efficiency and ensure cost effectiveness in warehouse operation

The Person:

• Secondary education or above, preferably with academic qualification in Logistics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years solid relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience, strong in team building and staff motivation
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Able to work in a fast pace working environment and under pressure
• Good sense of stock accuracy and strong analytical ability.  Be able to spot out issues in causing stock variance and explore ways to fine tune workflow
• Familiar with information system and proficient in Excel and Word
