Job description:

• Update shipment information in system and in routine report
• Assist in handle full set document
• Liaise with vendors to monitor shipment booking and inspection status
• Assist in ad hoc assignment designated by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• HKALE / HKDSE graduate or above
• Working experience in shipping field is preferred
• Self-motivated, independent and well-organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
