• Report to Customer Support Manager and must closely cooperate with Sales, Order Processing Centres and Operation
• Build up good relationship by working closing with Sales on customer intel, contract implementation and utilization, promotion of new products, etc
• Advise and support customers on what to buy, where to buy, why to buy and how to buy through good commercial and technical guidance
• Process enquiries and orders from customers as per global process and keep customers informed of changes in the order delivery status, surcharges and any other relevant information
• Proactively follow up enquiries and capture sales opportunities through planned quote follow up
• Actively promote to customers sales campaigns, promotions and initiatives

• Degree in business related studies or relevant work experience
• Good PC skills
• Excellent organising and executing skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferrable
