What you will be delivering

• To handle incoming calls and requirement
• Support day to day operation of billing and revenue management.
• To be responsible for order taking and driver co-ordination
• Solve problems and analyse information accurately with appropriate speed
• Handle and respond to customer enquire
• Assist manager to execute daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department

• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Experience in logistic industry, customer service, warehouse, trucking company or freight forwarding industry will be a plus
• Good command of Cantonese
• Proficient in Chinese and English typing
• Enthusiastic about logistics, technology, and e-commerce
• Candidates with prior. experience in the logistics industry will be considered as Senior Operations Executive
