Logistic and Shipping Coordinator
What Is This Job
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered.
- Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
- Shipping documents including Import and Export documents.
- Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.
- Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock.
- Reporting all breakages and spills.
- Offering assistance to other teammates in the production line.
What We Need
- Form 7, DSE or above.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in shipping, business administration, industrial administration, logistics, or accounting.
- Ability to work under pressure, independent and proactive.
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Familiar with using ERP systems.
- Experience in EMS or manufacturing companies.
