Job Description
Job Duties
- Liaise with customers on shipment arrangement according to the customers’ instruction
- Coach the operation team on their daily works to meet both department and customers’ standard
- Monitor the team works to ensure the shipments process on the right track
- Direct the team on the understanding of department working procedure and systems, also the understanding of the customer requirements
- Support and backup to the team and Manager in order to maintain the team works in a stipulated standard
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the freight forwarding industry with minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge of import laws and regulation;
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiations and administrative skills;
- Proficient in PC skills and MS Office;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
- Work Location: Kwai Chung
