What will you do?

• Provide monthly operational data analysis to management for station performance review, evaluate, improve and enhance its standard and quality;
• Assist the manager in consolidating the Ground Operations station performance and Quality Control Programme data associated with Ground Operations station performance system;
• Monitor service provider performance and carry out on-site performance inspections;
• Manage, coordinate and handle irregular flight and affected passenger when required;
• Take a lead role in implementing changes and continuous improvement on operations efficiency and customer satisfaction;
• Work as a safety and security representative, to coordinate and follow up on Ground Operational safety / security matters and incidents.

We are perfect match if you are / have:

• Tertiary or above;
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in aviation, including 1 year in ground handling;
• Ability to lead and provide solutions of ground operations;
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Good communication skills and a team player;
• Excellent customer service mind-set;
• Work on shift duty and perform duty travel as situation when required;
• Strong in decision making, communication, problem solving and execution;
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Please note that with effect from 1 June 2022 onwards, all HK Express employees and contractors who work in our premises in Hong Kong must have received a third dose of COVID 19 vaccine.  Being tested regularly for COVID-19 is not an option. Consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons.
