Responsibilities:-

• Maintain shipment logs, prepare and handle shipping paperwork and documentation;
• Rate, route and facilitate the movement of shipments with the service standards as requested by the customers;
• File the airway bill and manifest;
• Input data for each air freight movement into the computer system;
• Coordinate with warehouse co-workers to facilitate the movement of the freight including pallet arrangement and relevant paperwork;
• Send pre-alert and relevant messages to appropriate parties;
• Trace airway bill copies from sub-loaders;
• Prepare invoice of consolidated shipment to various co-loading accounts.

Required Qualifications:-
- F.5 or above, preferably with educational background in shipping/logistics studies;
- Good communication skills, willing to learn and work under pressure; 
- Fair English and Mandarin;
- Need to work on shift (Day / Overnight shift duty);
