Job Description
職責:
- 處理銷售訂單，與學校、書商及其他客戶跟進訂單
- 處理客戶查詢及其他跟進工作
- 管理銷售數據庫記錄、銷售報告
- 一般文書工作
- 協助管理團隊
要求:
- 文憑或以上程度
- 2年或以上訂單處理 / 客戶服務工作經驗
- 熟悉MS Office，具系統操作經驗更佳
- 良好溝通技巧和客戶服務技巧
- 可即時到職者優先考慮
