Our client is a listed company which is a one-stop provider of interior design solutions. They are mainly focus on luxury brands with retail stores across the world. Now they are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with factory and supplier for materials arrangement
• Negotiate with sub-contractors and vendors to increase project profitability
• Monitor and provide administrative support to Project team to complete the projects within the schedule, budget and design requirement
• Sub-letting orders to contractors and issue purchase order
• Maintain and keep the material samples updated
• Assist project team to prepare tender documents and quotation

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Interior / Building Studies or related disciplines
• At least 1 year relevant working experience, knowledge in logistic management is a PLUS!
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediate Available / Short Notice is highly preferred!!
