Our Hong Kong team has been through a positive development in recent years with improved results, higher productivity and a growing customer base. We are now looking for a high caliber individual to join our Ocean Freight Export team.  This role plays a key part in managing the export documentation.

OCEAN FREIGHT EXPORT CLERK

COLLABORATE: your responsibilities

• Handle sea freight export documentation
• Provide general clerical support and data-input to the team
• Co-ordinate with freight forwarder, carriers and overseas counterparts for documentation arrangement

CONTRIBUTE: your qualifications

• Form 5/DSE or above with 1-2 years clerical support experience
• Knowledge on transshipment, I/E documents, export declaration is definite an advantage
• Hands-on PC operation – MS. office
• Simple English is required
• Responsible, hard-working and well-organized
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Fresh graduate will also welcome
