Job Description

Role:

Santa Fe Relocation is a global mobility company specializing in managing and delivering high-quality relocation services worldwide. Our core competence is providing services that help corporations and their employees as well as individuals and their families to relocate and settle in new places.
This Sales Manager role will be based in our Hong Kong office, responsible for developing and securing additional revenues to expand our office relocation business.

Job Responsibilities:
Business Development:
  • Identify, develop and create new sales opportunities for Office Moving locally and internationally
  • Research potential office move projects and make sales calls, expand network and accounts
  • Meet property agencies and designers’ companies to obtain sales leads and foster co-operative relationship
  • Proactively contact existing clients and new prospects to promote our solutions for future consideration
Sales Operations:
  • Conduct pre-move survey to estimate volumes and understand special needs of office move clients
  • Prepare a detailed costing of labour and materials for the project
  • Prepare a detailed quotation and relocation plan for the client
  • Plan office relocation from start to finish, work closely with customer service and operations staff
  • Provide effective sales presentations, proposals, agreements for clients (Facility managers, Office managers, HR & Admin, procurement team, etc)
  • Manage office relocation through site visits (Quality Checks), ensure customers receive prompt, efficient, and courteous services
Qualifications:
  •  2-3 years’ B2B office / commercial moving sales experience
  • Sound knowledge of office moving / commercial relocation process
  • Track record of cultivating all scales of projects sales opportunity and exceeding sales targets – a sales “hunter”
  • Demonstrate a customer focused approach to problem solving and resolution skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Drive, confidence, enthusiasm, self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Any additional language is a plus
Candidate with relevant industry experience of over 5 years will be considered for a senior role
