Job Description
We’re looking for a Reservations Agent to take responsibility for delivering excellent customer service for telephone and online enquires through making guest bookings for our properties. You will ensure that you provide effortless, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to our guests. This will involve, answering any queries they have on the hotel, processing telephone and online bookings and ensuring that all information provided by our guests have been passed to the Front Office team.
Of course relevant experience would be a big plus but more importantly we’re looking for someone who has the passion for guest services and big drive for sales and up-selling. Just as importantly, we are looking for a “go-getter" with bags of energy and people skills that can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment!
