Job Description
Our client is an prestigious membership clubhouse in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their Sports & Recreation team.
Responsibilities

- Accountable for all Sports and Recreation facilities within the clubhouse and ensure facilities are well maintained
- Prepare budget and forecast, business planning and in-charge of venue management
- Analyse facilities usage, research and recommend improvement plans
- Build rapport with Members, including complaints handling in a professional manner
- Manage and lead the Sports Team which comprises full-time and part-time staff
- Ensure the team is compliant with the organization's standards and requirements
- Degree holder in Recreation Management with a minimum of 3 to 5 years' managerial experience in luxury hotel/clubhouse/high-end fitness centre
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive mindset and strive for continuous success
- Certificate holder from American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) or The American Council on Exercise (ACE) would be a definite advantage
- Exceptional written and spoken English and Chinese
