Reports into the Executive Chef.
We are seeking excellent and outgoing Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join the Hong Kong team! This is a newly created role where you will be the sole overseer of the staff canteen, catering to 120+ employees. The role is expected to:

• Create exciting, innovative, and delicious monthly menus
• Able to take on all responsibilities for the daily running of staff canteen
• Successfully manage a team of 8-10 Cooks and Stewards
• Build relationships with the producers and suppliers
• Set up station according to guidelines
• Prepare all food items in a sanitary and timely manner
• Ensure all mis en place is completed before service
• Restock all items as needed throughout shift
• Clean and maintain stations, kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills
• Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station

• Have a genuine passion for food
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes,yes mentality

• 5-day work week
