- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or other related disciplines
- At least 5 years or above relevant experience in I,T. support
- Solid experience in MS office, Windows domain, WSUS, 0365 exchange online and Teams environment
- Technical proficiency in legacy VB6, VB.NET, TSQL, Crystal report
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Strong sense of responsibility, time management and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all aspects of IT hardware, software and online services for servers and internal users
- Monitor the security and stability of IT environment
- Plan and identify issues and participate in IT activities
- Liaise with vendors or stakeholders for IT procurement
- Maintain and enhance in-house systems
- Monitor IT asset inventory, maintenance contract and other relevant documentation
