Job Description
Job Duties:
- Take active part in planning of plant operation activities for the business unit
- Process all the figures and data related to the performance of the business
- Comply KPI formulation and monitor the utilization of resources
- Prepare the materials relating to operation activities for management meetings
- Communicate with various parties, such as government entities, customers, suppliers & employees
- Prepare annual budget and control of operation
- Assist BUH in daily and monthly business administration activities
- Handle ad-hoc project if necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business / Operation management
- 5 years’ relevant experience in construction materials or related industry in Macau is an essential & preferably 3 years in middle management level
- Excellent analysis, observation and negotiation skills
- Good communication and leadership qualities
- Sound knowledge regarding all aspects of company
- Fluent in spoken & written in English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Well-versed in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
- Experience in SAP system is an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Work in Macau
