Based in our Hong Kong Regional Headquarters, the IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/ configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and network infrastructure, tracking and troubleshooting support issues, and completing other tasks as assigned by Regional IT Director.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing day to day network and IT issues, applications and databases.
• Must be able to perform diagnosis on both hardware and software issues and implement solutions and resolve issues.
• Analyze problem tickets to identify permanent solutions, user training needs, Help Desk process improvement, and ideas to eliminate business interruptions.
• Provide remote support to users across the region for hardware and software issues.
• Working with our European Headquarters to standardize and streamline processes.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Computer Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in related field.
• Possess a strong technical background in system administration and operation skills.
• Good understanding of how to support/troubleshoot/repair: Windows, Microsoft Active Directory, LAN and WAN network management, watchguard firewall, PC Hardware, mobile device management, Cisco switches.
• Experience with applications such as Office365, Azure, Veeam, Teamviewer, Hyper-V, would be highly regarded.
• Previous exposure to ERP, inventory management, CRM, B2B, SFA systems would be an advantage.
• The ability to maintain and troubleshoot databases such as MS SQL Server and Oracle would be an advantage.
• Must be self-motivated and have the independence, initiative and desire to achieve.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to respond to service and trouble calls quickly and efficiently, while adjusting priorities.
• Strong English proficiency.
