• Higher Diploma or Degree holder
• At least 4 years in IT hardware and software support
• User support for IT infrastructure operation or project
• Experience in Windows OS, AD, Exchange 
• Good knowledge in LAN, SAN and cloud technology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Infrastructure Manager
