Job Description
Job Duties:
1. 管理和監控信用卡及個人消費貸款組合，以確保信用質量符合內部準則；
2. 為團隊成員提供適當的指導，以提高信貸績效和運營效率；
3. 制定欺詐控制政策/策略，以減少銀行的財務損失；
4. 制定催收政策/策略，以減少貸款損失並提升債務回收成效；
5. 參與信貸風險管理相關項目和系統建設，優化業務流程；
6. 向管理層提供相關風險分析報告；
7. 其他獲安排的工作。
1. Manage and monitor credit card and unsecured loan portfolio to ensure credit quality and full compliance of internal guidelines.;
2. Provide appropriate guidelines to team members to improve credit performance and operation efficiency;
3. Formulate fraud control polices/strategies to minimize the bank’s financial loss;
4. Formulate debt collection polices/strategies to reduce loan loss and maximize debt recovery;
5. Participate different credit related projects and system implementation to optimize the credit operation and process;
6. Prepare credit risk analysis, MIS reports to management；
7. Other assigned duties.

Requirements:
1. 具有統計學、電腦應用、風險管理或相關學科本科學歷或以上；
2. 最少5年信用風險管理工作經驗，具備2年以上團隊管理經驗；
3. 有充分的信用卡及個人消費貸款風險管理知識儲備，熟悉監管要求，有豐富的實踐經驗；
4. 具有項目規劃推動能力，有較強的組織和執行能力；
5. 進取心強，良好的溝通能力和具有團隊合作精神；
6. 具有良好的中英語文能力，普通話流利者優先；
7. 如申請者有較少的工作經驗，會被考慮為風險管理經理。
1. Degree holder or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Risk Management or related discipline;
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in credit risk management, and more than 2 years of team management experience;
3. Solid knowledge in credit card and consumer loan risk management experience, familiar with regulatory requirements and solid hands-on market practice experience;
4. Experience in project planning and management, with strong organizational and executional skills;
5. Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills as well as a team player;
6. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus;
7. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Credit Risk Manager;
