Job Description:

• Establish IT digital transformation strategy according to the company 5-year strategic plan
• People manager of HK and mainland IT team, develop and maintain an appropriate IT organizational structure that supports the needs of the business
• Define department KPI and monitor the progress, identify risks and mitigation
• Prepare IT budget, promote business efficiency and achieve cost savings
• Establish applications to enhance the internal control system of the Group
• Define the enterprise disaster recovery and business continuity plan. Assess and make recommendations on the improvement or re-engineering of the IT team
• As the leader in implementing digital projects and ERP revamp, ensure the projects are on track and under control, in terms of scope, schedule and cost
• Promote digitalization and automation, communicate with department heads and important stakeholders to get user buy-in
• Ensure quality project deliverables and smooth transition to BAU operation
• Owner of company software applications, including TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) system, company e-commerce platform, etc
• Define application development roadmap with management and stakeholders, and manage the quality delivery of software vendor
• Oversees production environment, ensure system stability, proper resolution of incidents, manage the quality of the Tier-1 & 2 support vendors

• Degree holder in Information technology or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years+ experience in IT project and application management
• Experience of dealing at executive or board level and presenting complex information to senior management
• Good technical knowledge and techniques for project and application management
• Innovative attitude and approach to work
• Good communication skills with spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered as Technical Application Manager
