Let's check if you are/ have...

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field (Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology etc.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in IT system development, preferably in Telecom industry
• Knowledge on batch processing and reporting is preferable
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL Package is an advantage
• Experiences with CRM, Order Management or Billing system is an advantage
• Independent, creative, detailed-oriented, problem solving and good communication skills
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Programmer
