• 4 years’ experience directly supporting users in a financial institution.
• Technical understanding of Windows 10, Office 2016 and Windows Server operating systems to MCSE level.
• Knowledge of market data infrastructure and applications, including Bloomberg will be an advantage
• Solid understanding of LAN\WAN technologies and TCP/IP networking.
• The skills to provide networking and VPN troubleshooting.
• Experiences on support mobile devices such as iPad, iPhone and Android devices.
• Ability to write and modify scripts. 

 RESPONSIBILITES:

• Provide professional IT support service to onsite, remote and travelling users.
• Escalate problems to vendors and in-house experts when required.
• Engage solutions comply with global standards.
• Attain sufficient knowledge of the in-house and third party applications, in order to quickly identify and organize a solution for any related problem.
• Manage or assist with any IT related project as required.
• Ensure open issues are passed to appropriate staff at the end of each shift.
• Conduct helpdesk calls and service requests are logged, processed and monitored according to company procedures and within SLA.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Microsoft Certified Software Engineer (MCSE)
• The ability to deal with business users at all levels.
• Technical problem-solving and analytical ability.
• A service orientated business facing approach and a team player
• A proven track record managing their own project life cycles.
• Coordinate others globally to accomplish overall corporate goals and able to work independently.
• Proficient written and verbal skills in English.
