You will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and enhancing core policy admin systems for different lines of businesses (retail Life and Non-Life) and supporting users on different application systems.

You will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and enhancing core policy admin systems for different lines of businesses (retail Life and Non-Life) and supporting users on different application systems.
Main Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive, robust, and automated operation process to support various new life products, flexible product Day 1 and Day 2 features as well as policy servicing and accounting modules
- Build robust and efficient policy issue and policy services admin system with Straight-Through integration with various front-end platforms
- Prepare for functional specification and system documentation, manage project development and implementation as well as support users on change control and system updates
- Coach and develop the staff members to maintain a high-quality work team to deliver high performance
Qualification
- 8 years of relevant and hands-on working experience, with 3+ years in managerial positions
- Hands-on experience in Life Asia, Polisy/400, and Microservices/ETL/Messaging technologies integrating with Front-End System
- Concrete technical and business knowledge of insurance business, systems, and processes applications
- Knowledge in Java, SSIS / SSRS reporting, MS SQL, PlanetPress workflow letter engine and BI-Tableau is preferable
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, and presentation skills
- Willing to learn and self-motivated
- Degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
