Analytics Specialist is a technical role in FiveStones for anyone who aims at developing a data & analytics consulting career in the digital ad technology industry.

Your role

• Collaborate with the technical stakeholders to ensure best-in-class tracking solutions design supporting the customer KPIs
• Implement tags in tag management systems (Google Tag Manager)
• Specify data layer/ coding requirements to web/app developers, support them in the implementation and validate the implementation
• Work with cross-functional team members in advanced data-driven solutions
• Establish and systematically perform processes to assess and validate data accuracy
• Troubleshoot issues in tracking setups and data reports
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

You will learn these on the go

• JavaScript and Google Apps Script snippets
• ​​Use of web analytics and tag management tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

To succeed in this role

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering or equivalent fields.
• 1-2 years relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in CSS, HTML
• Familiar with scripting language, such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, Ruby, Bash
• Willingness of learning new programming languages and technologies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced & multinational environment and with a distributed team
• A good team player & fast learner with good “people person” personality & sense of humour
• Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
