Job Description
- Our client is a well-established software house and Tier 1 Vendor. Developing systems, and standard software, particularly in POS and retail.
- Work with many famous MNCs. From France, USA to Asia. Clients are mainly HK-based businesses retail, with footprint across APJ.
- Established over 15+ years ago, with HQ in HK and +500 people in China, as well as Taiwan, Korea, and many other locations.
- After very successful 2022 and new projects, looking for IT Manager to join the team
- Reporting to the Head of IT. Managing a Team of 8 locally and developers in China
- Work and manage the projects, and supporting retail client’s POS Application side, but from the vendor side.
- Be involved in their daily HK support and customer communication.
- Must have extensive experience working in the Retail industry, on the vendor side.
- Should have Project Management experience, preferably Agile, and be familiar with ITIL.
- Experience in Retail / POS would be a big advantage.
- Can speak English. Cantonese and Mandarin are good to have.
- Candidates who are Immediately available will be prioritised.
