Descriptions:

• Collect user requirement from project stakeholders;
• Assist in system analysis and business process estimation;
• Propose solutions to clients’ business and operational enquiries;
• Work closely with development team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of project tasks;
• Conduct project implementation activities such as system configuration, training, UAT, etc.

Requirements:

• University Degree/High Diploma in HRMS/ Accounting/ Business Administration/ IT and related disciplines;
• 2-8 years solid experience working as Business Analyst
• Less working experience will be considered to be Assistant Business Analyst/ Trainee
• Knowledge in key business areas such as Office Automation, Process re-engineering, CRM/ CDP or Digitals is a plus.
• Pro-active, good interpersonal skill & problem solving skills;
• Good Command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
