Job Description
Our client is one of the leading insurance companies. To cope with their rapid expansion, they are currently looking for a great team player to join their company.
Responsibilities:
- Be the contact person between users and IT teams or vendors
- Work closely with internal and external parties to collect user requirements
- Participate in IT system enhancement and carry out user acceptance test independently
- Handle incoming enquires and documentation properly
- Able to lead the projects and deliver the outcomes
- Provide post-development support
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in the industry
- Solid knowledge and experience in project management and SDLC is preferred
- Familiar with Life Insurance industry will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and a team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency PC skills including SQL, Java or Oracle
