Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end technical user support, perform day-to-day server administration and housekeeping tasks
• Responsible for systems/technical support and administration on network, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems
• Collect and analysis system requirements, produce technical design specification and operation procedure / manual
• Build an efficient system capable of providing reliable and secure computer environments
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on network, servers and all business critical applications and systems
• Liaise with relevant IT suppliers and contractors

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical/system support and administration for All Windows platforms including Windows 2012/2008 (AD Administration), Exchange E-mail system and MSSQL servers
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Information Technology or related discipline and equivalents
• Solid experience in administration on AIX, or Linux/Unix operation environments and network equipment, such as Cisco devices will be an advantage
• Hand-on experience in different Server Operation systems, Networking equipment and Security System
• Familiar with all the Networking Hardware and Software, Security System and Computer Room facility
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP/MCSE is preferred
• Knowledge in Cloud Platform and Technology such as AWS, Azure is an advantage
• Customer service-orientated and strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and strong follow-through on deliverables
• Always be thinking of how to improve process to be more efficient
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill; a team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
