Job Description
To successfully deliver contracted services to the client on the agreed site(s), ensuring performance from an uptime, quality, health and safety and financial perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Director or Facility Manager, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:
• To assist in planning, preparation of conceptual design, programme and technical specification for Data Centre construction projects
• To provide support throughout various contract execution stages from detailed design, construction, testing and commissioning to completion of works
• To assist in safety and quality controls inspection at construction sites, testing and commissioning and monitoring project progress
Required Knowledge and Skills
•7 years of work experience in project management or facilities management
• Experiences in design or managing Data Centre facilities will be a strong advantage
• Demonstrate a good understanding and be technically competent in all building services, in particular UPS, Generators, Static Switches, Water Treatment, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Good knowledge in Building Services.
• Experiences in computer applications such as MS Office, AutoCAD, BIM, etc.
• Good command of English and Chinese languages (Cantonese and Mandarin), both spoken and written
Qualifications and Education
• High diploma or above in Facilities Management/Electrical/Engineering/Building Services or relevant discipline.
• Holder of Electrical License A or above.
• HV Authorized Person/Operator will be a strong advantage.
