Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to our guests
• Handle all kinds of reservations, including email, phone booking
• Greet all the guests pleasantly
• Handle walk in customers enquiry and seats arrangement
• Assist to ensure a smooth operation within the restaurant
• Ad hoc support that assigned by Operations Director

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year frontline / Receptionist experience in F&B industry  
• Good command of English and Putonghua, fluent Cantonese
• Experience in handling walk in customers / booking is surely an advantage
• Clear mindset and detail minded
• Professional
